D-2 As an introvert

Being an introvert, I have hard time meeting new people. I usually don`t like to go to parties where there are lots of people I don`t know.
When I travel, though, I’m less shy. I find I can talk to people while I wait to go get on a plane or train. Maybe I feel more comfortable, while I’m away from home and I can be who I want to be. But when I get back home, I’m shy again.

Lesson B Superstitions

-          see a crow in the morning.    

4 a.

1.      I think it’s silly to be superstitious. So do I.
2.      I don’t know anyone who is superstitious. Neither do I.
3.      I didn’t know the superstition about spilling salt. So did I.
4.      I walk under ladders all the time. Neither do I.
5.      I’m usually a very lucky person. So am I.
6.      I’ve never found a four-leaf clover. So have I.


Lesson C. Weird and off the wall

1.      1. Nightmares can be very scary, you know. They can be really terrible.
2.      2. I think other people’s dreams are really interesting. Really fascinating.
3.      3. Dreams have no meaning. They’re just weird, unusual thoughts.

5.      5. Most kids are afraid of the dark at some point. They all get scared.
6.      6. Sleepwalking is pretty common. It’s nothing frightening.

Lesson D. An amazing story...

1. Adriana’s mother, Dianna Scott told her they had adopted her.
